Terminology

The Assembly asked the Terminology Working Group:

To identify challenges, solutions and best practices in a changing work environment and make the results available in an appropriate way
To identify topics for terminology projects according to requirements and opportunities and specific best practices for such terminology work
To continue to liaise closely with the New Technologies Working Group on issues of common interest, in particular contingency plans, IT security and privacy issues
To keep the Terminology WG’s content on the COTSOES website up to date
To draw up and publish recommendations regarding gender-neutral language in TMs and term bases
To report to the Assembly.
